The Department of Educational Psychology and Learning Systems (EPLS) is committed to improving human learning and performance in a variety of settings. We prepare graduates for leadership roles in universities, school districts, human service agencies, educational research organizations, and industry. Our research is designed to expand the knowledge base of our field and improve the quality of education and training.
